Born in Czechoslovakia in 1974, Marta Daeuble moved to the UK in 1997 and gained her BA Fine Art Degree at the Wimbledon School of Art, London in 2004.

Marta’s work consists of collage drawings, paintings and handmade stop motion animations. She aims to exploit creative use of nostalgic imageries combined with personal memories to create complex gritty artwork filled of strong emotions. Her work is widely shown in Film Festivals and galleries worldwide.

After having worked as an artist and teacher in the UK for 12 years, Marta Daeuble moved to Lyon, France in 2010.
