Hertiman Barbara, born in Caracas in 1987, at an early age began to show an aptitude for the arts, participating in school drawing competitions and gatherings of folk art.
Based on the 17-year-old began his formal studies in painting at the School Rafael Visual Arts Maracay Monasteries and receives tutoring her teacher Keyla Holmquist Visual Artist. Parallel dedicated to study civil engineering, but dropped out to devote himself to the visual arts, and initiates the Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University Institute of Advanced Studies IUESAPAR Armando Reveron Arts. Together with their teachers the Sculptor Gabriel Marcos, the Video Artist Nan Gonzalez, and Maximum Graterol, begins his tour of Mixed Media, which integrates engineering knowledge to work plastic to produce works that are based on their study of light and the reflective objects in relation to space, applying various techniques for building installations, sculptures, atmospheres, and assemblies that make up the language of contemporary art.
