With a workfield mainly focused in multimedia projects with performance aspects, Bandeira has been developing a language that confronts the en- tropy of the post-modern feminist idealization with other representative themes of a residual or induced social exclusion. All of her work is perme- ated by edition techniques like the use of flicker and by the use of black bars that dissect the image - which allows not only a sensorial reconstruc- tion but also ruptures between polarized concepts such as reality-fiction, masculine-feminine, connection-disconnection and individual-collective.
