BIO: "Erique LaCorbeille lives and works in the countryside of Novara, in northern Italy where, some years ago, she moved her studio. She ranges from VideoArt to installation passing through the thread that connects performance and photography . The use of multiple techniques, languages and materials is the basis of her artistic research.
She's graduated in Design and Communication at Politecnico (Milano - Italy)".

STATEMENT: My works is a product of a reflection that develops through a self-critical process that becomes awareness.
My work shows the reflection of today's society and life - through the use of colors, shapes and mutations - often suspended on the border between artificial and natural. I propose visions, perspectives on the world: they become objects to look at and, at times, to experience. In some works and performances, the interaction with the audience have been fundamental: after the approach and the consequent observation / reflection, people felt free to break the thin veil of " sacredness " that there is often between them and the work of art, becoming part of it.
