As an Artist I investigate, explore and create performance pieces within the topics of gender, identity and body politics; I use as a source for my projects an autobiographical approach. My exploration travels through the limits between Physical Theatre, Live Art, Body Art, Interactive and Multimedia Art. I have over 10 years experience in Management and Creative Production . Since 2007 I co-manage and direct Cultural Asociation elgalpon.espacio - a center for research, creation and dissemination of multi - disciplinary artistic projects , located in Pueblo Libre , Lima, Peru . My experience as a producer in Peru includes the production of various theater festivals and contemporary art events. We have worked with renowned cultural organizations in Lima, such as, Cultural Group Yuyachkani , CCPUCP, British-Peruvian Cultural Center, University of the Pacific, Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima, Ministry of Culture, The Spanish Cultural Center, among others.
I lived in London from September 2010 to January 2014, where I studied two Masters in Art, while holding various professional practices as part of my training as a Creative Producer. The organizations for which I worked include Chelsea Theatre , New Work Network, The Relationship, Bill Aitchison Company, motiroti , Sabotage Theatre Company, ]performance space[, etc. . Throughout my internships I have developed and applied my skills in Marketing and Management , Production Assistant , Programming and Organization of Events and Festivals .
